Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Tunly, a developer tool that exposes a local application to the internet through a durable, shareable link. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

Use Tunly only for applications and traffic you are authorized to expose. Do not use it to host malware, phishing, or content that violates law or the rights of others, and do not attempt to disrupt the service for other users.

2. Accounts & API keys

Signup creates an account directly while production email delivery is being stabilized. API keys authenticate the CLI and agents and must be kept secret; you are responsible for activity performed with your keys. Revoke a key from the dashboard if it is exposed.

3. Service availability

Tunly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Durable links may show an offline state when your local app is unreachable; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Data

Tunly proxies requests to your local application. See the Privacy Policy for how account and operational data is handled.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
